John Tofts

John has been a director of the company since joining in 2016, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the ventilation and ductwork cleaning industry. Throughout his career, John developed a deep understanding of the sector, as well as a clear perspective on the standards clients should expect.

Having seen firsthand that honest and transparent service was often lacking in the industry, John was motivated to be part of something different. He found that alignment when he joined the Cleaning Services Group, where a shared commitment to integrity, compliance, and high-quality service matched his own professional values.

Alongside a strong sense of honesty, John’s strengths lie in his natural ability to connect with people across a wide range of industries and backgrounds. He is equally comfortable working with clients from all walks of life, and this approachability—combined with his transparency—has earned him the trust and respect of those he works with. Clients consistently value his clear communication and his commitment to delivering a fully compliant, reliable service.

Outside of work, John enjoys staying close to the energy of live events, providing lighting for a rock band in his spare time. He is passionate about live music and also enjoys riding motorbikes, making the most of his time away from the day-to-day demands of the industry.
