Callum joined the company in 2014, bringing with him a desire for a new challenge after building experience in sales and customer service with a multi-national organisation. Since then, he has become a key member of the team, known for his reliability, precision, and ability to deliver results across a wide range of projects.

With a background in art and design and a degree in illustration, Callum has a natural eye for detail. This creative foundation feeds directly into his work, ensuring that every project is carefully managed and seen through from start to finish, with nothing overlooked.

He particularly excels in large-scale and phased industrial cleaning projects, where his strengths in organisation and coordination truly shine. Complex logistical planning is his speciality, and he thrives in environments that require structured thinking, adaptability, and clear oversight.

Callum’s approachable nature and ability to get along with everyone make him an excellent people manager. He builds strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues, helping projects run smoothly and efficiently from beginning to end.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys staying active and is passionate about kickboxing, a pursuit that reflects his focus, discipline, and drive.
